These Terms of Service apply when you visit www.squish.ae, place an order, or purchase any Squish products.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Throughout these Terms, “Squish”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Squish.

1. OUR PRODUCTS

Squish sells a range of squishy and sensory products, including:

• Handmade squishies
• Ready-made and viral squishies
• DIY squishy kits
• Squishy skins
• Squishy glue
• Clay, crunchies and other squishy-making supplies and accessories

Some Squish products are handmade in the UAE, while others are sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Product information, recommended use and applicable safety information are provided on individual product listings and/or product packaging.

2. HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Part of what makes our handmade squishies special is that they are made individually rather than mass-produced. As a result, no two handmade squishies will be exactly the same.

Small differences in colour, shape, texture, filling, decoration, surface finish, air bubbles or other minor variations are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects. The product you receive may therefore differ slightly from photographs shown on our website or social media.

3. SQUISHY CARE & DURABILITY

Squishies are soft and stretchy sensory products and must be handled with care. Their lifespan depends on how frequently and how vigorously they are squeezed, stretched and played with.

Excessive stretching, pulling, twisting, puncturing, biting or rough handling can damage the squishy skin, seams or plug and may cause the product to tear or leak. Normal wear and tear caused by use is not considered a manufacturing defect. Please follow any care instructions supplied with your product.

4. PRODUCT SAFETY

Squishies are NOT food. Never eat, lick, bite, chew or place a squishy or its contents in your mouth, even if the product looks or smells like food.

Squish products may contain small parts or fillings including clay, beads, liquids, gels, oils, glitter, water beads or other sensory materials. If a squishy tears, leaks or breaks:

• Stop using it immediately.
• Do not ingest the contents.
• Keep the contents away from the eyes and mouth.
• Keep leaked contents away from children and pets.
• Wash your hands after handling leaked filling.
• Dispose of damaged products safely if they cannot be repaired.

Children should use Squish products with appropriate adult supervision.

5. SQUISHY GLUE — 18+ PURCHASE ONLY

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Squishy Glue from Squish. By purchasing Squishy Glue through www.squish.ae, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Squish reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order containing Squishy Glue where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the purchaser is under 18.

Squishy Glue is not a toy. Persons under 18 may use Squishy Glue only under the direct supervision of a responsible adult. Squishy Glue has a strong odour and must always be used in a well-ventilated area.

When using Squishy Glue:

• Follow all instructions and warnings supplied with the product.
• Use only in a well-ventilated area.
• Avoid breathing in fumes.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and skin.
• Do not swallow or ingest the glue.
• Keep away from heat and flames.
• Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
• Store securely and out of reach of children and pets.
• Stop using the product if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

The adult purchasing the product is responsible for ensuring that it is stored safely and that anyone under 18 using the product does so with appropriate adult supervision. Purchasing Squishy Glue constitutes acknowledgement of these age restrictions and safety requirements.

6. DIY PRODUCTS

Squish DIY products are intended for creative use and must be used according to the instructions and safety information provided. DIY kits may contain small parts, clay, beads, crunchies, squishy skins, glue or other materials that are unsuitable for unsupervised use by young children. Adult supervision is recommended when children are using DIY products. Where a DIY kit contains Squishy Glue, the Squishy Glue requirements in Section 5 also apply.

7. HEAT & STORAGE

The UAE can experience extremely high temperatures, particularly inside delivery vehicles, parked cars and outdoor areas. Squishies may become very hot or temporarily change in texture during transportation.

If your Squish product arrives hot, allow it to return completely to room temperature before squeezing, stretching or playing with it.

Do not leave Squish products:

• In direct sunlight
• Inside a hot vehicle
• Near heaters or flames
• In other areas exposed to excessive heat

Improper heat exposure may damage the product and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

8. PRODUCT IMAGES & COLOURS

We do our best to ensure that photographs and descriptions accurately represent our products. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly because of: screen settings, lighting and photography, handmade production, manufacturing variations, and supplier variations. Images are provided as a guide and may not always represent the exact product received.

9. MYSTERY, RANDOM & ASSORTED PRODUCTS

Some Squish products are sold as mystery, surprise, blind box, assorted or randomly selected products. For these products, the colour, style, character or design you receive may be selected at random. By purchasing a mystery or randomly selected product, you accept the surprise element of the product.

We cannot guarantee a particular colour, style, character or design unless the product listing specifically allows you to choose one. Receiving a different random design or colour from the one you hoped for is not considered a product defect.

10. ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product. Products are only secured once checkout and payment have been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if: a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or website error, payment cannot be verified, we suspect fraudulent activity, an age-restricted product has been ordered by someone we reasonably believe to be under the required age, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If Squish cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

11. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on www.squish.ae are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout. We may change our prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for.

12. DELIVERY

Squish delivers within the United Arab Emirates to locations supported by our delivery provider. Customers are responsible for providing: a complete and accurate delivery address, a working UAE contact number, and any information reasonably required to complete delivery.

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order. Squish cannot be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information, inability of the courier to contact the recipient, courier delays, traffic, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

13. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, including handmade and sensory products, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind.

If you receive an incorrect product, a product that arrived damaged, or a product you reasonably believe has a manufacturing defect, please contact Squish within 3 days of delivery. Please provide: your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs and/or video showing the issue.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or another reasonable solution. Damage caused after delivery by excessive stretching, pulling, puncturing, biting, rough handling, misuse, incorrect storage, heat exposure or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Handmade variations described in Section 2 are also not considered defects.

Nothing in this Returns, Refunds & Exchanges section is intended to remove or restrict any rights you have under applicable UAE consumer protection law.

14. ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES

Squish products may contain or come into contact with materials including TPR, adhesives, fragrances, oils, clay, beads, glitter and other craft or sensory materials. Some Squish products may also be scented.

If you or the intended user has a known allergy or sensitivity, please consider this before purchasing. Contact us before purchasing if you require additional available information about a particular product. Stop using a product if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

15. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse www.squish.ae or attempt to: interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorised access to the website or associated systems, use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or copy or commercially exploit Squish content without permission.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Squish branding, logos, mascots, original graphics, photographs, product descriptions, packaging designs and other original content belong to Squish or are used with appropriate permission. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell or commercially use Squish intellectual property without our written permission.

17. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotional or discount codes: cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders, may have an expiry date, may be limited to selected products, and may not be combined with other promotions.

Squish reserves the right to amend, suspend or end a promotion where reasonably necessary.

18. PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY

When you use our website or place an order, we may collect personal information necessary to process your purchase, communicate with you, arrange payment and organise delivery. Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Squish is not responsible for damage, loss or injury resulting from: misuse of a product, failure to follow product instructions or safety warnings, inappropriate storage, excessive heat exposure, rough handling, normal wear and tear, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or overrides any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UAE law.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business practices or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on www.squish.ae, together with the date it was last updated.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights available to consumers under UAE consumer protection law.
