We know you can't wait to get your hands on your new Squish! Here's everything you need to know about delivery.
1. WHERE WE DELIVER
Squish currently delivers throughout the United Arab Emirates to locations supported by our delivery provider.
At this time, orders placed through www.squish.ae are for UAE delivery only unless otherwise stated.
2. DELIVERY FEE
The applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
From time to time, Squish may offer free or discounted delivery as part of a promotion. Any conditions relating to these offers will be stated at the time of the promotion.
3. PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Because some Squish products are handmade, processing times may occasionally vary.
Orders placed during:
- Weekends
- UAE public holidays
- New product drops
- Restocks
- Sales or promotional periods
- Periods of unusually high demand
may take a little longer to prepare.
If there is a significant unexpected delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Any delivery timeframe provided on our website or at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery time.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, traffic, weather, public holidays or unusually high delivery volumes.
5. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY DETAILS
Customers are responsible for providing:
- A complete and accurate delivery address
- A working UAE mobile number
- Any necessary building, villa or apartment information
- Any other information reasonably required by the courier to complete delivery
Please check your information carefully before placing your order. Squish cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer or where the courier is unable to contact the recipient.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order has to be sent again because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided.
6. DELIVERY CONTACT
Our delivery provider may contact you using the mobile number supplied with your order to arrange or complete delivery.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order where necessary.
7. UAE HEAT WARNING
Your Squish may be hot when it arrives!
UAE delivery vehicles and outdoor areas can become extremely hot, particularly during the summer months. Heat can temporarily affect the softness, texture or feel of some squishy products.
If your order arrives hot:
- Do not squeeze or stretch your squishy immediately.
- Allow it to cool naturally and return completely to room temperature before playing with it.
- Do not place it in a freezer or attempt to cool it rapidly unless the product instructions specifically state that this is safe.
After delivery, Squish products should not be left:
- Inside a parked vehicle
- In direct sunlight
- Near heaters or flames
- In areas exposed to excessive heat
Damage caused after delivery by improper heat exposure or storage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
8. CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN IT ARRIVES
Please check your Squish order as soon as possible after delivery. If an item is:
- Missing
- Incorrect
- Damaged on arrival
- Reasonably believed to have a manufacturing defect
please contact us at info@squish.ae within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs and/or video showing the issue.

9. DELIVERY DELAYS
Once an order has been handed to our delivery provider, some aspects of the delivery process are outside Squish's direct control. We will, however, do our best to assist if there is a problem with your delivery.
